Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef, a
• 1 diced onion and
• Garlic, to taste
• Cilantro, to taste
• 2 cans of tomatoes sauce
• Fideo noodles (found in the international aisle usually)
• Cumin spice (to taste, but don’t be shy)
• Lemon
• Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the beef fully. Add in the fideo noodles, onion, garlic, cilantro, and cumin to cook. Add in the cans of tomato sauce. Let the soup cook on medium heat until the noodles are tender. Add salt and lemon to everyone's individual bowl to taste. Enjoy!
