Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated
  • peeled ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced
  • garlic
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin
  • or flank steak (1-inch
  • thick)
  • 8 cups mixed salad
  • greens, washed and
  • torn
  • 1 medium yellow or
  • orange bell pepper,
  • thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly
  • shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped dry
  • roasted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine mustard, water,
teriyaki sauce, ginger and
garlic in small bowl. Pour
1 cup dressing into small
serving bowl.
2. Broil or grill steak
10 minutes or until desired
doneness, basting with
remaining 1!z cup dressing.
Let stand 5 minutes.
3. Thinly slice steak. Serve
over salad greens. Top with
bell pepper, green onions
and peanuts. Drizzle with
reserved dressing.
