Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Honey
- Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated
- peeled ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced
- garlic
- 1 pound boneless sirloin
- or flank steak (1-inch
- thick)
- 8 cups mixed salad
- greens, washed and
- torn
- 1 medium yellow or
- orange bell pepper,
- thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly
- shredded
- 1/4 cup chopped dry
- roasted peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine mustard, water,
teriyaki sauce, ginger and
garlic in small bowl. Pour
1 cup dressing into small
serving bowl.
2. Broil or grill steak
10 minutes or until desired
doneness, basting with
remaining 1!z cup dressing.
Let stand 5 minutes.
3. Thinly slice steak. Serve
over salad greens. Top with
bell pepper, green onions
and peanuts. Drizzle with
reserved dressing.
