Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs until thick and yellow. Add milk, melted (cooled) butter or margarine, and vanilla; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Beat until combined well. Pour batter onto hot Belgian waffle iron. Cook 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness.
