Sauce, Garlic Parsley

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves farlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup extra -virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, combine all the sauce ingredients. Pulse until the mixture if finely chopped. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
