Ingredients
- Marinate:
- 1 tblsp.oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp.cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- Batter:
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tblsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tblsp. Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Soda
- 1/4 salt
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tblsp.lemon juice
- 2 tblsp.vinegar
- 1 tblsp.oil
- 1 tblsp.catsup1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Dash pepper
- Peel of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tblsp. Cornstarch
- 1 tblsp. Water
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate 4 chicken breast cut into stops. Add the batter. Fry in oil and drain. Heat the sauce and thicken with the water and cornstarch. Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
