Ingredients

  • Marinate:
  • 1 tblsp.oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp.cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • Batter:
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tblsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 tblsp. Oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Soda
  • 1/4 salt
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tblsp.lemon juice
  • 2 tblsp.vinegar
  • 1 tblsp.oil
  • 1 tblsp.catsup1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Dash pepper
  • Peel of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tblsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 tblsp. Water

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate 4 chicken breast cut into stops. Add the batter. Fry in oil and drain. Heat the sauce and thicken with the water and cornstarch. Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
