Ingredients
- 1 Pkg fresh wonton wrappers
- 5-6 slices bacon, fried crispy
- 1 tomato, chopped coarsely & drained
- 1/2 onion, small, chopped finely
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c swiss cheese
- 1 t. basil
Preparation
Step 1
Chop bacon, tomato, & onion & add to cheese & mayo.
Place each wonton wrapper over mini-muffin tin and press into place.
Using a small scoop, fill in the cups with the mixture.
Twist the wrappers closed.
Bake at 375 10-15 minutes until brown.
