Ingredients

  • IME: 5 minutes + START TO FINISH: 15 minutes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 10 eggs, lightly beaten 1/2cup milk
  • V2 teaspoon salt
  • V2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 (8-inch) ORTEGAWhole Wheat Soft Tortillas
  • 1 cup ORTEGASalsa, any variety
  • V2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • (1/2 C = V2 C)

Preparation

Step 1

MELT butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Combine eggs with milk,
salt and pepper; pour into skillet. Scramble eggs to desired doneness. Remove
from heat; set aside.
FRY bacon in medium skillet over medium heat. Drain on paper towels.
HEAT dry skillet over medium heat. Place tortillas in skillet 1 to 2 minutes or
until warm and pliable.
DIVIDE eggs evenly among tortillas, placing down center of each tortilla. Add
1 slice bacon and 2 tablespoons salsa; sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese.
Fold in half. Serve immediately
