Apple Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour or whole wheat flour
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Add to sugar mixture. Then add vanilla and apples. Bake at 325* for 1 hour. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon while still warm.
