Hot Asparagus Dip
Great "go to" appetizer when you need somthing fast
- 2 12oz. cans of asparagus
- 1 1/2 cup of mayo
- 1 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and additional for topping
- 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 305°. Drain and chop asparagus, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into an oven safe dish and bake for 20-25 mins. Remove from oven and top with additional cheese return to oven until slightly brown and bubbly. Very rich.
