Turkey & Mushroom Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 200 g Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes
  • 400 g Rigatoni or Penne pasta
  • 200 g Turkey ham/breast, sliced thinly
  • 100 g Button mushroom, finely sliced
  • 50 g Sliced onions
  • 50 g Sliced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 ml Tomato pasta sauce
  • 150 ml Cooking cream
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Italian parsley
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then strain.
In a large pan, sauté onion and garlic with olive oil followed by turkey and mushrooms.
Pour in the tomato sauce and cream, then toss with the cooked pasta.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer pasta to a baking dish and top with Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts to golden brown.
Garnish with chopped Italian parsley.
