Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 pound leftover pork
- 1 cup rice
- Dash pepper
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 small head of lettuce, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the rice according to directions on box/bag; set aside. Heat the oil and add garlic and the leftover pork. Cook til brown, then add the cooked rice, dash pepper 1 1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce. Add the beaten egg and cook 1 minute, then add 1/2 small head of lettuce--shredded.
Serve immediately, before the lettuce wilts.
Add soy sauce to taste...
