Ingredients
- 24 big plump garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar, as needed
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place the garlic in a small saucepan and add enough vinegar to cover. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer until garlic is tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain garlic. It will have purple spots on it. Cool and transfer to a small serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
