Roasted Baby Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Baby Red Potatoes
  • Dried Parsley
  • Garlic Salt
  • Ground Pepper
  • Dried Basil
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Wash baby red potatoes, pat dry, and place them in an
8 x 8 Pyrex dish.

Drizzle potatoes with enough olive to coat them completely.

Sprinkle the potatoes with parsley, basil, garlic salt, and ground pepper. Toss and arrange in a single layer.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Loosen potatoes and turn every 15 minutes until fork tender.
