Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 3oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding & pie filling
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup creme de cocoa
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tbsp. strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp Kahlua
  • 2 tbsp. creme de cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:

1. Mix all cake ingredients and best 4 minutes till quite smooth.

2. Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan 3/4 full. Bake 350 deg. 40-45 minutes.

Topping:

1. Remove warm cake and invert onto serving plate. I usually leave in pan and pour a majority of the topping on it and let it soak in for a while. Then when inverted, pour the remainder of topping on.
