Brisket

  • 10 lb brisket
  • 16 oz Claudes marinating brisket BBQ sauce
  • pour over brisket covering 1/2 brisket

Preparation

Step 1

Trim fat off meat – as meat runs slice meat on both sides- place fat side up. Marinate 3-4 hours
Cook 200* at 10pm for at least 8 hrs – after cooking take fat off and shread- dice roman tomatoes and onions and mix in- cook over 10-15 min.
