Ingredients
- 4 cups green and yellow beans
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup pepperoni or proscuiutto, diced
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
heat oil in a saucepan at medium heat.
add beans then cover and cook until cooked through.
add remaining ingredients and toss to coat
serve imediately
