Ingredients
- 2 whole checken breasts, halved
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp curry powder (more or less to taste)
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped almonds
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Season chicken to taste with salt and pepper. Lightly brown chicken in hot oil. Place in greased 9" baking dish. Mix curry with soup and pour over chicken. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Spoon sour cream over chicken and sprinkle with almonds. Return to oven and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until bubbly.
