Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Lean ground beef/turkey or venison
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 46 oz. can of tomato juice
  • 1 cans of chopped Rotel tomatoes (juice and all)
  • 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
  • Package of Williams Chili Seasoning (pkg for 2 lbs. of ground meat)

Preparation

Step 1

In a deep pan, brown ground meat with chopped onion; drain completely. Stir in Rotel tomatoes, tomato juice, brown sugar, and Williams Chili Seasoning. Cover and simmer for 2 hours; stir often.

Optional “Add Ins” when serving – each person can add what they like:
Pinto beans
Jalapeno peppers
Shredded cheese
Macaroni (cooked and drained)
