Quick Chicken and Noodles
- 1 12 ounce bag frozen home-style noodles
- 5 1/2 cups water
- 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 teaspoon parsley
Put water, chicken, onion and parsley in pot and bring to boil. Add bouillon and stir to dissolve. Drop in frozen noodles and stir to separate. Simmer 50 minutes. Sprinkle with additional parsley before serving.
I like to add some carrots and or peas too.
