Ingredients
- 1 pck Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1/2 cup ea: water & vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 can Pillsbuty Coconut Pecan Creamy Supreme Frosting
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ea: chopped pecans and miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Heat over to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9 X 13 pan. In large bowl combine dry mix, water, oil and egg. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Add frosting and sour cream. Mix well. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle chips evenly on top. Bake 42 to 50 minutes.
I prefer the nuts in the batter.
