Ingredients

  • 2 6-oz. pkgs. frozen cooked small shrimp, thawed
  • 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 1 t. onion, minced
  • 1/2 t. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 t. garlic salt
  • salt to taste
  • 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped snack crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Pat shrimp with paper towels to remove excess moisture; set aside.

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, hot pepper sauce and salts. Mix well; fold in shrimp. Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap; chill. Sprinkle with parsley at serving time.

Serve with crackers.

Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
