Frozen Quail (frozen - must be thawed first!)

Frozen Quail, split Must thaw in refrigerator the day before

Ingredients

• Package of 4 split frozen Quail - BiLow
• Honey
• Pomegranate Juice - Ingles Produce section - 6oz bottle
• Hash brown patties or equiv.
• Leaf lettuce for side salad

Preparation

Step 1

Depending on side dishes, start up potato's etc as needed - quail will only take about 10-12 mins

Heat up IR burner on grill.

Mix 1/2 cup Pom. Juice with 1/2 cup Orange Blossom Honey for basting

Baste thawed quail on all sides

Put IR to Med and put quail down skin side up - 5 min Lid down

Baste, flip and baste - 2 min Lid Down

Baste, flip and baste - 2-4 min Lid down

Serve with sides
