Ingredients
- 6-8 Sweet Onions
- Butter
- Beef Broth
- pepper

Step 1
I chop up about 6-8 sweet onions and brown them in butter. When they have browned and crystalized add beef broth ( gluten free) I use two boxes, usually one of beef and one of veg broth but if you like chicken, one can be chicken instead of veg broth. You can judge whether you need two boxes or one depending on the size of the onions and how thick you want it. Then I add some pepper. Simmer for about 3/4 hr or longer, whatever suits your schedule.
