Ingredients
- 1 28 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 smashed clove garlic
- 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1.Pass the tomatoes through a food-mill set over a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and allow to sit at room temperature one hour to let the flavors marry.
