Bucatini Shrimp

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. Bucatini or other fat spaghetti noodle
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Gloves of garlic minced
- 2 pints red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 lb. gulf Shrimp peeled and devained
- Generous pinch crushed red pepper
- 6 oz aged feta cheese
- 1 handlful basil, thinly sliced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta until al dente, about 9 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of cook water for sauce.
2. In large skillet heat oil add garlic and tomatoes. Cook stirring occasionally until tomatoes softened and juices begin to bubble about 3 minutes. If tomatoes do not give out a lot of juice, add 1 Tbsp water and a splash of red wine vingar. Add shrimp and a large pinch red pepper cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the pasta with reserved cooking liquid. Toss together over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in feta and basil. Toss adding up to 1 Tbsp more oil and salt and pepper to taste.
