Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain kefir (plain yogurt or cottage cheese works too)
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend until completely smooth (approx. 1-2 mins).
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
