Slow-Cooker Goulash with Vegetables

Quite nice and very easy healthy crock-pot meal.

Ingredients

  • 500 g extra-lean minced beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 14-oz tin diced tomatoes
  • 1 14-oz tin kidney beans, drained
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Splenda
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
