Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. broccoli florets
  • 1 small red onion - sliced paper thin
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo
  • 1/3 cup Splenda
  • 1/4 lb. bacon bits
  • 4 Tbsp. white vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the broccoli, onions and set aside.
Mix the mayo, Splenda, bacon and vinegar together and pour over the broccoli mixture
Toss well to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
