Ingredients
- 2 lbs. broccoli florets
- 1 small red onion - sliced paper thin
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1/3 cup Splenda
- 1/4 lb. bacon bits
- 4 Tbsp. white vinegar
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the broccoli, onions and set aside.
Mix the mayo, Splenda, bacon and vinegar together and pour over the broccoli mixture
Toss well to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
