Thyme-Roasted Asparagus and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Cut-up asparagus
  • Quartered small new potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh thyme sprigs

Preparation

Step 1

Toss cut-up asparagus and quartered small new potatoes with olive oil and fresh thyme sprigs. Roast at 400 F until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
