Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T white vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- leaf lettuce and tomato slices

Preparation
Step 1
Shape meat into 6 patties; place in a shallow dish. In a bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar and garlic. Set aside 1/4 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade over patties. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Grill burgers, basting occasionally with reserved marinate.
