Summer Salsa

Ingredients

  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 jalepeno pepper
  • 1 anaheim pepper
  • 14 /t garlic powder
  • 1 T. oregano
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Dice tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper for desired texture. Mince jalapeno and Anaheim peppers as fine as possible. This disperses the heat so you don't have "hotspots". mix all vegetables and their juices in a bowl with spices. (Small bubbles may appear when salt is added.) For fat free enjoyment, serve with baked tortilla chips.
