Weight Watchers Lime Chiffon Pie
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 package (0.3 oz) Jello lime flavor sugar free
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Free Topping
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 ready to use reduced fat Graham cracker crumb crust(6oz)
Add boiling water to jello mix in a large bowl; stir 2 minutes until dissolved . Add enough ice to cold water to make 1 cup. Add to Jello , stir until ice is melted.
Whisk in Cool Whip , zest and juice. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until mixture is thick enough to mound. Spoon into crust. Put in fridge for 4 hours.
