Banana Bread (Inez)

This recipe has been in our family for at least 4 generations.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 Tblsp. sour milk
• 3 crushed bananas
• 2 cups flour

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, add remaining ingredients. Bake @ 325 for 1 hour.

Makes one 9 X 5 loaf
or 3 miniature loaves.

(Do not bake quite as long if using smaller loaf pans.)
