This is the most moist, delicious banana cake ever!! You will never throw out over-ripe bananas again once you've tasted this cake!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and mix. Add bananas and sour cream to the mixture and mix until smooth. Add flour and baking soda and mix thoroughly. Fold in the walnuts.

Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Allow cake to cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove from pan. Allow cake to cool completely before frosting with cream cheese icing.
