Ingredients
- 2 T oil
- 2 T coarse grained mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 11/2 lb of pork tenderloin(medallions)
- 1 tsp pepper
- MUSTARD SAUCE

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first 4 ingredients. Rub mixture over pork. Seal in a baggie and chill for 8 hours. Rub Pork evenly with 1 tsp pepper.
Grill or any method cook meat.
slice and serve with mustard sauce.
Mustard Sauce
1 3/4 cups of Whipping cream
1/4 cup of coarse grained mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
Cook whipping cream over Medium heat until reduced 11/4 cups (about 20 Minutes). do not boil. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 1 minute.
