- 1/4 red onion,sliced
- 6-7 whole asparagus
- 5 lg shrimp,tail on
- 3-4 pieces hearts of palm
- cup diced tomatoes
- lemon wedge.for garnish

Grill the red onions and asparagus,then the shrimp.Toss the shrimp with grilled onions,asparagus,hearts of palm,diced
tomato.Garnish with a lemon wedge.
