Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 3 tbs applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup dried mint
- 1/2 cup dried parsley
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients together and mix until a dough forms. Roll into small balls (about 1" in diameter) and place on an ungreased baking sheet (they can be rather close together as they don't spread while cooking).
Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
