Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup picante sauce
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tbls. sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tbles. diced fresh tomato
  • 2 tbls. minced cilantro or parsley
  • Tortilla chips, assorted crackers or fresh vegetables

Step 1

Combine cream cheese and picante sauce. Add crab, cheese and onions; mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with olives, tomato and cilantro. Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.
