Ingredients
- 1 oz diced roasted red bell peppers
- 1 oz sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 oz diced raw onions
- 1/2 oz bean sproyts
- 3 cherry tomatoes,cut in half
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 4 oz turkey tenders,diced
- 1 oz peanut sauce
- 3 lettuce leaves
- For Sauce
- 1/4 cup low-cal peanut butter
- 1 tsp low-sodium say sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic.minced
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- red chili flakes to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the veg.Saute the turkey tenders with the peanut sauce.Serve in lettuces leaves with mixed veg.
For the Sauce
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth texture.(Yields 4 servings)
