Royal Icing

Ingredients

• Royal Icing
• 3/4 cup warm water
• 5 Tbsp. meringue powder
• 1 teasp. cream of tatar
• 2.25 lbs. confectioners sugar (5 cups)
• 1 teasp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Mix water and meringue powder for 30 seconds

Add cream of tatar and mix for 30 seconds

Add sugar and mix with paddle attachment for 10 mins.

Add vanilla extract
