Broccoli and Chicken Soup

  • 2 halves OR 1 whole Chicken breast, skinned
  • 7 Cups Water
  • 3 Cups Broccoli - chopped
  • 1 Cup Celery - chopped
  • 1 Cup Green Onions - chopped
  • 5 tsp Chicken Bouillon
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt

Step 1

Boil Chicken in water until thoroughly cooked. Take chicken from water, remove bones and weigh out 6 ounces. Dice and put back into 6 cups of broth in which the chicken was boiled. If not enough broth, extend with water. Add the broccoli, celery, green onion, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder and seasoned salt. Simmer 30-45 minutes

Yield: 7 Cups
