Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 large bag of hash browns
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tsp milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and 2 tbs chopped onion together. Drain and set aside. Mix hash browns and remaining onions, salt and pepper and onion powder together. Place mixture in a lightly greased 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of potato mixture. Spoon sausage on top of cheese. Refrigerate overnight or freeze. When ready to bake mix 5 eggs beaten, salt and pepper and 3 tbs of milk over casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
