Grilled Summer Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch strips
  • 2 yellow squash, cut into sticks
  • 1 zucchini, cut into sticks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill to high heat.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well and place in a grill basket.

Grill vegetables 5 to 6 minutes, or until lightly browned but still crisp.
