Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Lean Ground Chuck OR Ground Turkey
- 1-2 Green Onions - chopped
- 1 Cup Celery - diagonally sliced
- 1 can Water Chestnuts, sliced
- 1 Green Pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1-2 TBSP Soy Sauce - Low Sodium
- 1 Lb. Fresh Bean Sprouts ( or 1 can, but fresh tastes best)

Step 1
Brown meat until crumbly, Drain excess fat. Add onions, celery, green pepper, water chestnuts, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Meanwhile, cook the bean sprouts in salted water until tender. Drain.
Add to meat mixture. Mix thoroughly and simmer another 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with cooked rice (optional) Serves 4-6
