Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and cornstarch together in medium saucepan.
Add blueberries and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil and cook until sauce is thickened (1 minute).
Remove from heat. Cool and serve over waffles, pancakes, ice cream, etc.
Yield: App. 1 1/2 cups.
