Clam Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 pound diced old English cheese
  • 4 tbsp sherry
  • 6 cans minced clams, drained
  • 6 tbsp catsup
  • Red pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the onion, green pepper and butter. Then add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Heat in a double boiler. Serve from a chafing dish. Dip with large size Fritos.

Unusual and excellent.
