Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter melted
- 2 tbs light corn syrup
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 cups [1 pound] pecan pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250*. Stir together all ingredients except the pecans. Add pecans , tossing to coat. Spread coated nuts in a single layer on a large jellyroll pan. Bake for 1 hour stirring every 5 minutes. Let cool, store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
