Cheese Rice

  • 1 box of mahatma yellow rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 block Velveeta
  • 2 cans of Mexican corn
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice according to package directions. Put into casserole dish and melt butter into rice. Add rice soup, drained Mexican corn and 3/4 block of Velveeta cubed. Stir until mixed and bake at 400 until cheese is melted and bubbly.
