Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of 1/2 inch pieces of cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup of 1/2-inch pieces of cooked sweet potato
- 2 cups all-purpose whole wheat flour
- 1 cup evaporated low fat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients, make sure the pieces of chicken and sweet potato are thoroughly coated.
3. Drop by rounded tsp onto greased cookie sheets.
4. Bake 14 to 18 min or until golden brown.
5. Remove from oven, let cool thoroughly, and store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
